Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Drape Inc. ("Drape", "we", "us") about your use of the Drape mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Drape

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA and UK, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

2. Your account

You can sign up with Google, Apple or an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us at hello@drape.life if you think someone else has used your account. The information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you later sign in with Google or Apple using the same email address as an email-and-password account, the two are joined and the password is removed.

The Service and everything in it, other than content that belongs to you, is owned by Drape or its licensors. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. App Store and Google Play rules also apply to apps you download from them.

Shopping and checkout

You can add products to your basket and review an estimated total on this website. Product availability and prices are checked with Shopify. Shipping, taxes, payment methods and the final amount are shown in Shopify checkout before you place an order. Opening checkout does not place an order or charge you. Review the shop's shipping, return and purchase terms there.

6. Changes to the Service

Drape is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the Service. If we stop it completely, we will give you reasonable notice where we can.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Drape and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to. Sections 4 and 8 to 11 continue to apply after your account ends.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Drape will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Some places do not allow these exclusions or limits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnity

If you use the Service in breach of these terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against Drape, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living in the EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
